Noble Coffeeworks was built on a simple idea: the small things we do every day shape who we become. Coffee is one of those daily rituals—and we believe it should be done well.

We carefully source and roast coffees that honor the craft, while pointing to something deeper: a life of integrity, discipline, and purpose. Whether it’s how you start your morning or how you show up for others throughout the day, we’re here to remind you to pursue what is good, right, and worthwhile.

THE ROTATION

We roast all orders on the first Saturday of each month (unless otherwise noted). Check the banner on our homepage or our social media for the next upcoming roast date.

We offer four, rotating series of coffees: Premium Microlot, Light Roast, Medium Roast, and Dark Roast. Each series features a unique coffee available until it sells out—once it’s gone, a new offering takes its place.

Premium Microlot Series

This series showcases a rotating selection of some of the most exciting coffees we can source. We highlight the artistry at origin by seeking out high-scoring lots, unique processing methods, and standout flavor profiles that push beyond the ordinary.

From bright, fruit-forward cups to deeply complex and floral profiles, each release is designed to deliver a truly memorable experience. These coffees are rare and more costly to source, so we offer them in smaller 140g bags—making it easier to explore something exceptional.

Light Roast Series

Roasted on the lighter end of the spectrum (typically City to City+), these coffees are vibrant, citrus-forward, and expressive. Expect a lively acidity and a clean, nuanced cup—ideal for filter brewing.

If you enjoy pushing boundaries, these can also produce unique, high-ratio espresso shots—but proceed with intention.

Medium Roast Series

Our medium roasts aim for balance and versatility (City+ to Full City). These coffees typically feature darker fruit notes complemented by subtle chocolate undertones.

They perform well across brew methods, making them a dependable choice whether you’re brewing filter coffee or pulling espresso.

Dark Roast Series

If you tend to say, “I like my coffee strong,” this one’s for you. While strength isn’t determined by roast level, we know the profile you’re after—rich, bold, and full-bodied.

Roasted to Full City+, our dark roasts deliver deep chocolate notes, a heavier body, and a lingering finish—while still preserving the integrity of specialty coffee. Expect hints of darker fruit beneath a classic, chocolate-forward profile. Excellent for espresso and milk-based drinks.

THE MISSION

At Noble Coffeeworks, we believe living a noble life extends beyond ourselves.

Through our Noble for Noble initiative, we highlight and support organizations that are doing meaningful, honorable work in the world. We pledge to donate 1% of all gross sales to nonprofits aligned with causes we believe in—helping them continue their mission and empowering others to do the same.
